There are no lessons on public holidays.

Lessons are conducted on Education Queensland's Student Free Days. 

Lesson fees must be paid by the Due Date on the invoice. If payment is not made by the Due Date, your lesson time will be allocated to a student on our waiting list.

Payments are to be made by Direct Debit with invoice number referenced.
 

Payments can be made by Credit Card, however, this will incur a 1.5% surcharge.

Cash payments will not be accepted.

Students that are booked monthly for their lessons are not eligible for make-up classes.

Students that are booked for term lessons will be offered one make-up class per term for any missed lessons. Make-up classes for private students will be scheduled with their teacher within 2 weeks of the missed class at the teacher's discretion. Group class students will be advised of the make-up class time at the end of each term at the teacher's discretion. Make-Up Classes will only be allocated if the student is absent from lessons that have been paid for in full.

Once you have booked in for lessons, you are obligated to the times that you have booked. 

No refund for term lesson's will be given.

If you need to take an extended time off (3 or more weeks) notice must be given prior to the commencement of the term and you have the following choices: 
Option 1: Pay for the missed lessons and in turn keep your reserved time. 
Option 2: Cancel the lessons but lose your reserved time.

If WE need to cancel a lesson, that lesson will be rescheduled as a makeup lesson at no extra charge.

If you have booked for term lessons, you do not need to re-book every term as your lesson time and day will remain the same unless notified of changes.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
